Today I received the following email:

Professor B,
I just reviewed my grades. I see that I have below a 92%. In all of my time at [thisoneuniversity], I have never received this low of grades. Although I see that I need to work on editing my work before I turn it into you and also have some issues with APA, I don't understand why you don't see why my work is not A-worthy. What do I need to do to get an A out of you?
